Pricing Information

New Accounts: Please note that all orders are based on one or two year subscription.  If you require hosting for a period less than one year, please contact us by email for details. If you have any questions about this please contact us for details. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive and process your payment. Your setup information will be forwarded to you by e-mail address you provide to us. We are certain that you will be satisfied with our services, so we offer you 30 day money back guarantee. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the service, cancel your account within 30 days of signup and and we will refund your money*.

Renewals: In order to ensure uninterrupted service we ask that you send your renewal fees at least 30 days prior to the expiration of your current service period. You can renew your account for a period equal or greater to your original service period. Simply refer to our Hosting Plans page for current pricing information.

Accounts Over Limit: If your web site account exceeds the amount of storage space (MB) that you originally subscribed to, you will be allocated additional server space and charged appropriate fees. Additional server space will be in the same amount (or greater, if requested) of server space you originally subscribed for. In order to ensure uninterrupted service we ask that you forward your payment as soon as you receive notification that your account is over your allowable limit. For example, if you subscribe for a 3MB account and your account goes over 3MB, you will be allocated additional 3 MB, unless you request more, and charged appropriate fees.

NSF Fees: A $25 NSF fee will be charged if your cheque is returned due to insufficient funds in your account. We charge this fee reluctantly but it is necessary in order to cover banking charges applied to our business account. Please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account for at least 2 - 3 weeks after you mail your payment to us. We try to process your payment as soon as possible, however, it is possible that some payments will be processed with a slight delay.
